We encourage children to learn through discovery, exploration, creative thinking and problem solving
We offer a fun, play-based, age appropriate, educational experience for your child.

A Developmental Approach to Learning
We encourage young learners to grow at their own pace, in an exciting learning environment. A wide variety of open-ended activities, planned just for their developing minds, bodies and souls. are offered daily. Our preschool children develop socially, spiritually, physically and cognitively, in a warm and welcoming Jewish environment.

Families are integrated into our school through a variety of programs including weekly Tot Shabbat, Havdallah Happenings, Jewish holidays and celebrations. Music and Judaic specialists are an integral part of our teaching team.

jrm-peek-140x112Our Staff
Jennifer Rosen Meade’s Preschool professional staff provides experienced Jewish teachers in every classroom, with Jewish values practiced throughout the school. All teachers are STARS certified and bring years of experience to the classroom. We provide continued training throughout the year, so that our teachers are current and up-to-date on the best ways to engage children in a play-based learning environment. JRM Preschool teachers are nurturing and attentive to the children’s developmental needs. Our high level of staff dedication is reflected in our extraordinarily low turnover rates.

jrm-pssvr-140x112State of the Art School Building
JRM Preschool is just off of I-90 and I-405, located at Temple De Hirsch Sinai’s Bellevue campus. Our 10-year-old facility was built with the needs of Jennifer Rosen Meade Preschool in mind. The natural setting provides unique opportunities for students to explore the outdoors. A fully fenced-in play area is set up to help our children grow both physically and socially as they choose from slides, climbers, a sand box and open spaces to run and explore.

History
Jennifer Rosen Meade Preschool was opened in 1991 to honor the memory of a young woman who prematurely lost her life. Jennifer’s family started the school to keep her memory alive and to nurture children spiritually and cognitively; something that Jennifer valued. Jennifer Rosen Meade Preschool began with one class of nine 3-year-olds and has grown into a robust program serving 75 students in six classes. Children that participate in our program range from one to five years old. From the start, we have worked hard to build an inclusive community for both our students and their families.
